The Volley Mascot
We think the Coach Rezende Volley Mascot was the most adorable character we saw at the World Championship. We were hoping he would be HOT when he'd take off his mask but after finding out who he really is all we can say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. We love you bb!

Hi Ace, I thought your blog would be about this amazing sport called volleyball, but what I saw was just words of a fan. Why do you take those pics with the players? Don't you know it affects your credibility while a reporter? It's unprofessional. What you bring is just some gossip from the backstage. Well, maybe this is all you want.

Hello Julie! I totally respect your opinion. You're totally right! I am just a fan who takes pics with the players and blogs about the sport. I am not a professional reporter at all. My blogs aren't just about the "gossip from the backstage" since I blog about anything! From Giba's auction, Reid Priddy's new baby and many more. My post might sometimes seem unprofessional but that's just my style. I am aware I can't please everyone with every post. Thank you for taking time addressing your opinion. Hope all is well! ReplyDelete@julie, this is much better than the dry match reports and transcripts of FIVB press conferences volleyball fans are used to. Although there's fun and humour here, there are respected volleyball folks out there who respect the insight provided here.
ReplyDeleteon the mascot, surprised it wasn't a woman. Guys are usually too big to fit in them. Never attack a mascot assuming it's a dud inside!
